
JAL Double Miles Campaign on Tokyo/Narita–Nadi Route Operated by Fiji Airways
From April 1, ITA Airways will join Miles & More, the loyalty program of the Lufthansa Group.
The integration will be carried out in stages and is scheduled to be completed within April. The aim is to provide a unified service experience across all airlines in the Lufthansa Group.
The current loyalty program, Volare, will cease service as of March 30. Until that date, members can still redeem award tickets and use Cash & Points; exchanges for products and services from partner companies will remain possible until April 30. The program has around 4 million members and has also offered programs targeted at younger customers, corporate clients, and small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan.
Miles & More is a global loyalty program with more than 39 million members worldwide. It partners with 170 companies, including 35 airlines and 135 non-airline partners.
