
APA Group Acquires 5.08% Stake in Washington Hotel
International Garden Hotel Narita is holding a “Japanese Italian & Wagashi Sweets Buffet” from April 1 to June 30.
The buffet features Italian cuisine combined with Japanese elements and ingredients. At lunchtime, six kinds of fresh pasta are prepared at a live cooking station, including octopus and shiso Genovese, firefly squid & rape blossoms with semi-dried tomatoes, pink carbonara with sakura shrimp & pancetta, and Narita eel & Japanese yam with balsamic sauce. At dinnertime, beef stew baked in puff pastry is served. Main dishes also include roast beef with five different condiments such as horseradish, wasabi, and Japanese-style sauces, roasted pork belly with white miso & Madeira wine, and charcoal-grilled-style chicken breast, along with a variety of cold dishes, hot dishes, and salads. Desserts that showcase Japanese ingredients include kinako bomboloni, fruit daifuku, matcha shortcake, matcha pudding, and brown sugar cream puffs.
The venue is the lobby-floor “Restaurant AVANTI.” Serving hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for lunch and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for dinner. Prices start from 4,200 yen for adults, 2,100 yen for elementary school students, and 1,000 yen for children aged 4 and above; children aged 3 and under are free. All prices include tax and service charge.
