Japan Airlines (JAL) has decided to cancel its Tokyo/Haneda–Doha route until May 11.
The suspensions apply to flights departing Tokyo/Haneda from February 28 through May 10, and flights departing Doha from March 1 through May 11. This route normally operates one round-trip flight per day.
Airspace closures remain in effect over several Middle Eastern countries, and operations at Hamad International Airport in Doha are also restricted. Some Japanese travel agencies have decided to cancel tours that transit three Middle Eastern airports, including Doha.
