American Express will revise the coverage of its overseas travel accident insurance from July 1.
From the same date, it will end the provision of baggage damage insurance. This change will apply to many personal and corporate cards that currently offer this coverage as automatic or conditional (usage-based) benefits.
The affected cards are: Green, Gold, Gold Preferred, Sky Traveler, Sky Premier, Business Green, Business Gold, co-branded cards with ANA and Delta Air Lines, Marriott, and Hilton, as well as Persona Amex.
