IHG Hotels & Resorts has opened “voco Times Square – Broadway” in New York City, United States.
“voco” is a premium brand of IHG Hotels & Resorts. This is the seventh voco property in the state of New York and the largest voco hotel in the Americas. As of the end of 2025, the brand operates 124 hotels worldwide, with an additional 108 properties under development.
The 32-story building offers 419 guest rooms and features an interior design inspired by Prohibition-era speakeasies. It is the only rooftop in Times Square that boasts an unobstructed panoramic view. The 2,400-square-foot hybrid indoor-outdoor rooftop space can be used for a wide range of events and private gatherings.
Located at the intersection of 7th Avenue and West 48th Street in Midtown Manhattan, the hotel offers convenient access to major New York City attractions, including Radio City Music Hall, the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), and the Empire State Building.
