Japan Airlines (JAL) has changed the business days of the JAL Global Club (JGC) Office, the JGC Six Star/Five Star Desk, and the JMB Diamond/Sapphire Office as of April 1.
Previously, these services were available every day of the year, but from that date onward, they will be closed on Sundays, national holidays in Japan, and during the New Year holiday period. The business hours remain unchanged, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Member service desks other than those listed above have already been closed on Sundays, national holidays, and during the New Year holiday period.
There will be no changes to the business days or hours for each member-exclusive domestic and international reservation desk.
