Japan Airlines (JAL) will temporarily increase the number of flights on its Tokyo/Haneda – Helsinki route.
Under the summer schedule, the airline currently operates 5 round trips per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. From June 1 to 30, it will increase this to one round trip per day. The route is operated with Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. The flight time is 13 hours 20 minutes from Tokyo/Haneda to Helsinki and 14 hours from Helsinki to Tokyo/Haneda.
In addition to JAL, Finnair also operates one round trip per day on this route. The two airlines operate the service as a codeshare.
