Hawaiian Airlines has joined oneworld, one of the major global airline alliances.
Hawaiian Airlines operates approximately 230 flights per day within and beyond the Hawaiian Islands, and more than 11 million passengers used the airline in 2025. The carrier connects Hawaii with major cities across Asia, North America, and the South Pacific, including key oneworld hubs such as Los Angeles, New York/John F. Kennedy, Seattle, Sydney, and Tokyo. Through its extensive network of flights departing from, arriving in, and operating within the Hawaiian Islands, it strengthens connectivity between Hawaii and the rest of the world.
Members of oneworld member airlines’ loyalty programs will be able to earn and redeem points when flying with Hawaiian Airlines, and members of Atmos Rewards, the joint loyalty program of Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines, will be able to earn and redeem points when flying with oneworld member airlines.
Alaska Airlines, which joined oneworld in 2021, and Hawaiian Airlines have merged, and their flights are already operating under Alaska Airlines’ “AS” code.
With the addition of Hawaiian Airlines, the number of oneworld member airlines is now 14, collectively covering around 1,000 destinations. Hawaiian Airlines’ entry complements Alaska Airlines, which joined oneworld in 2021, further strengthening the alliance’s global network.
