Etihad Airways and Bangkok Airways have launched a mileage partnership.
Etihad Guest, the frequent flyer program of Etihad Airways, and FlyerBonus, the frequent flyer program of Bangkok Airways, now allow members to redeem award tickets on each other’s flights.
Etihad Airways operates flights from Abu Dhabi to four cities in Thailand: Bangkok, Phuket, Krabi, and Chiang Mai. It operates six round-trip flights per day to Bangkok and has decided to deploy Airbus A380 aircraft on the route. Bangkok Airways provides onward connecting access beyond Bangkok, offering convenient connections to popular resort destinations in Thailand and Southeast Asia, such as Ko Samui, Luang Prabang, and Siem Reap.
