Vietjet Air to Operate Obon Charter Flights Between Nagoya/Chubu and Da Nang
Aomori Prefecture, Japan Airlines (JAL), and Hoshino Resorts are running the “Noresore Aomori Trip Campaign 2026” from June 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
JAL is temporarily operating four round trips per day on the Tokyo/Haneda–Misawa route, and since 2022 the three parties have been rolling out initiatives aimed at making this four-round-trip schedule permanent. Taking advantage of the shortest flight time of about 80 minutes from Tokyo/Haneda, they are proposing itineraries that combine the first outbound flight and the last return flight to offer a maximum local stay of approximately 34 hours.
Within the JAL Dynamic Package lineup, special products are being offered that combine flights with stays at Aomoriya and Oirase Keiryu Hotel, both operated by Hoshino Resorts. These include perks such as the “Tange Mankitsu Ticket” at Aomoriya and the “Moss Capsule Toy” at Oirase Keiryu Hotel. The sales period runs until March 30, 2027.
