Hilton Opens Reservations for Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch, Facing Buckingham Palace
NBI Holdings has acquired Novotel Okinawa Naha.
The operating company will be changed to Core Global Management, and the property will reopen under a new brand on July 31 as “INFINISIS Naha Shurijo by Hewitt Resort.” Renovations will be carried out through 2027, with a full renewal opening planned.
Novotel Okinawa Naha traces its roots back to Okinawa Miyako Hotel, which originally opened in 1974 and, after a complete renovation, reopened in September 2018. The hotel has 328 guest rooms, and is equipped with restaurants and bars, a terrace, an outdoor pool, fitness facilities, banquet halls, lounges, and more. Access is approximately 25 minutes by car from Naha Airport, and about 5 minutes by car from Asato Station on the Yui Rail in Naha, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan.
The acquisition was carried out by the NBI Naha Development fund, which aims to enhance the property’s value and operate it. This marks its first investment in a resort/city hotel. The fund plans to invest more than 50 billion yen in hotels, traditional Japanese inns (ryokan), and other properties across Japan by the fiscal year ending March 2027.
