Hilton to Open Gajoen Tokyo LXR Hotels & Resorts in 2027
Toyota Fudosan (Toyota Real Estate) and Fuji Motorsports Forest partially opened the multi-purpose commercial complex “Fuji Motorsports Forest Terrace” on June 5.
The complex consists of commercial facilities, a hot spring facility, and a hotel. In the first phase, a total of five outlets opened: four restaurants and one dog service outlet. All of them are new concepts, and among these, three outlets—“Yama no Meisui Soba Fuji no Ka,” “Chalo KISURIN,” and “Petreat”—are making their first entry into Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.
All restaurants feature terrace seats where guests can bring their pets, designed to offer views of the surrounding greenery, cherry blossoms in spring, and colorful autumn foliage. The walkways make use of the site’s natural elevation differences to create curved traffic lines, and fully cashless payment has been introduced to help reduce congestion during events.
The outlets that have opened ahead of the full launch are: “Yama no Meisui Soba Fuji no Ka,” a soba restaurant using buckwheat from Nagano Prefecture and subterranean water from Mt. Fuji; “TRASPARENTE Celeste,” a new concept from a bakery originating in Nakameguro, Tokyo; “Toyosu Maguro Tonya Toraichi,” supervised by a tuna wholesaler from Toyosu Market; “Chalo KISURIN,” a new brand from the Chinese restaurant “KISURIN”; and “Petreat,” a dog service facility equipped with self-wash stations and short-term pet care. Some outlets also offer takeout.
This facility has been developed as part of the “Fuji Motorsports Forest Project” being promoted by the two companies. In the second phase, the plan is to fully open the complex in spring 2027 with the addition of a hot spring facility, a hotel, and three new outlets.
Access: approximately 10 minutes by car from Ashigara Smart Interchange (IC), and approximately 20 minutes by car from Gotemba Station on the JR Gotemba Line.
