Starlux Airlines will temporarily increase flights on its Shimogejima, Japan–Taipei/Taoyuan route.
From September 4 to 19, it will add flights on Fridays and Saturdays, operating five round trips per week in total, including flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays. Airbus A321neo aircraft will be used. Flight time is 1 hour and 10 minutes from Shimogejima and 1 hour and 20 minutes from Taipei/Taoyuan.
The airline currently operates three round trips per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. From August 1 through September 30, it will change its operating days to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays. From October 1 through 24, it will operate four round trips per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
