H.I.S. (HIS) has extended the suspension period for tours to five countries in the Middle East.
Tours to the five countries of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Jordan will be suspended through August 31.
The company has already announced that it will resume departures from August 7 for overseas package tours (Ciao and impresso) and overseas flight-and-hotel packages (recruitment-type package tours) involving travel via Dubai, Doha, or Abu Dhabi.
For customers who have booked international flights, international flight-and-hotel packages (arranged travel), or overseas hotels, handling will be in accordance with the standard policies of the airlines, hotels, and local tour operators. If special measures due to the worsening situation apply, the special policies of each company will apply.
Cancellations made before the decision to suspend operations, as well as cancellations of travel to other regions, will be subject to the standard cancellation fees.
