H.I.S. (HIS) began sales at noon on July 17 for its “8-Day Grand Journey Around Japan Connected by Four Ferries” tour.
The eight-day itinerary connects four ferry operators—Hankyu Ferry, Shin Nihonkai Ferry, Taiheiyo Ferry, and Tokyo Kyushu Ferry—and travels from Shin-Moji Port through the Kansai region, Hokkaido, Tohoku, and northern Kanto. The itinerary includes four overnight stays on board. Meal coupons and buffet meals for use on the ferries are included. Upgrade plans are also available.
At the destinations, participants will enjoy an Izushi sara soba lunch in the Izushi castle town, as well as visit the Ine Funaya sightseeing boat cruise, Chitose Aquarium, the National Treasure Zuiganji Temple, Matsushima, and Nikko Toshogu Shrine. A tour conductor will accompany participants throughout the trip.
The tour departs on October 15 and requires a minimum of 15 participants. The tour price is 249,800 yen per person based on double occupancy. A 10,000-yen discount is available for bookings made at least 60 days before departure.
