ZIPAIR Tokyo will launch its Tokyo/Narita–Kuala Lumpur route on October 20.
The airline will operate one round trip per day. It will use Boeing 787-8 aircraft configured with a total of 290 seats: 18 fully flat “ZIP Full-Flat” seats and 272 “Standard” economy seats.
One-way fares start from 90,000 yen for “ZIP Full-Flat Value” and 34,900 yen for “Standard Value.” The flat fare for “U6 Standard Value” for children aged 6 and under is 5,000 yen. Airport facility charges and taxes are required separately for all fares. No fuel surcharge is imposed. Ticket sales began at noon on July 23.
This will expand ZIPAIR’s Southeast Asia network to three routes, including Bangkok and Singapore, with a total of 21 round trips per week.
