United Airlines will launch a new route between Houston and Cartagena on December 17.
The service will operate year-round with four weekly round trips on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Boeing 737 aircraft will be used. Flight time will be 4 hours and 15 minutes from Houston and 4 hours and 25 minutes from Cartagena.
Cartagena is a port city on Colombia’s Caribbean coast. This will be the first time a U.S. airline operates this route.
