Saudia and Garuda Indonesia have signed a memorandum of understanding to advance a joint business.
The agreement establishes a framework for a joint business aimed at strengthening connectivity between the two airlines in the future and offering passengers more options. Both airlines are already members of the SkyTeam airline alliance. They will explore cooperation in flight schedules, sales, airport services, and services for Umrah and Hajj pilgrims.
The airlines aim to expand their network on routes connecting Saudi Arabia and Indonesia, as well as routes linking Indonesia and Australia served by Garuda Indonesia, and cities in the Middle East, Europe, and Africa served by Saudia.
