All Nippon Airways (ANA) will offer special ticket handling due to the impact of the Kumamoto earthquake.
As of July 29, the special handling applies to flights arriving in or departing from Kumamoto between July 29 and August 5.
For tickets on eligible flights, ANA will accept flight changes, rebooking, and refunds free of charge, regardless of the actual operating status of the flight.
