
ANA Cancels 224 Flights Due to Typhoon No. 13
Air India will increase flights on its Tokyo/Haneda–Mumbai route from December 27.
It currently operates four weekly round trips, departing Tokyo/Haneda on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and Mumbai on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. A Friday departure from Tokyo/Haneda and a Thursday departure from Mumbai will be added, bringing the total to five weekly round trips.
From February 1, 2027 (February 2 for departures from Tokyo/Haneda), the airline will switch to a refurbished Boeing 787-8 aircraft configured with a total of 250 seats: 20 in Business Class, 25 in Premium Economy Class, and 205 in Economy Class. Premium Economy Class service will also be introduced.
The route was launched on June 16, improving connections to western and southern India.
