Air France-KLM has been running a limited-time Flying Blue Status Match Campaign since July 10.
Elite members of eligible airlines can apply to switch to Flying Blue Silver, Gold, or Platinum status for a fee. Once approved, the upgraded status will be valid for 12 months.
For members of All Nippon Airways (ANA)’s ANA Mileage Club, Bronze members are eligible for Silver, Platinum members for Gold, and Diamond members and Super Flyers members for Platinum. For members of Japan Airlines (JAL)’s JAL Mileage Bank, Crystal members are eligible for Silver, Sapphire members and JAL Global Club (JGC) members for Gold, and Diamond members and JGC Premier members for Platinum.
Benefits include earning bonus miles, priority check-in, priority boarding, and complimentary seat selection options. Gold and Platinum members can also access SkyTeam lounges at airports worldwide.
Flying Blue membership registration is required. Applications are accepted through a dedicated website. Application fees are US$99 for Silver, US$299 for Gold, and US$399 for Platinum.
