Rakuten Travel is running a campaign that gives 1,000 Rakuten Points to customers who book and use domestic accommodations and rental cars in Japan, from 10:00 a.m. on August 3 through 9:59 a.m. on September 1.
Eligible domestic accommodation bookings must be made on or after August 3, 2025, while eligible rental car bookings must be made from 10:00 a.m. on August 3 and total at least 10,000 yen (including tax). Customers must complete registration before booking a rental car. For both services, the usage period is from August 3 through October 31.
The bonus points will be credited by around late December as limited-time points valid for six months. Customers who have already qualified to receive points through a previous edition of the same campaign are not eligible this time.
