Ascott opened Oakwood Oimachi Tracks Tokyo on June 25.
The property offers 78 rooms across eight types, including Studio View, One-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom, and Three-Bedroom units. Ranging in size from approximately 27 to 107 square meters, all rooms are equipped with a full kitchen featuring cutlery and cooking utensils, a washer-dryer, a dedicated workspace, and a safety deposit box. Japan’s Suica transportation IC card can be used as a room key.
Reservations are accepted for stays of 30 nights or more. Concierge services are available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., along with housekeeping and paid laundry and dry-cleaning services.
The property is about a two-minute walk from Oimachi Station on the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line, Tokyu Oimachi Line, and Rinkai Line, and is directly connected to the station via a pedestrian deck.
