Scoot will launch a Singapore–Guiyang route on October 26.
The airline will operate three round trips per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, using Airbus A320neo aircraft. Flight time will be 4 hours and 25 minutes from Singapore and 5 hours and 5 minutes from Guiyang.
Guiyang is a city known for its natural scenery and ethnic minority cultures. It is famous for Qingyan Ancient Town, which retains its historic streetscape, and Huangguoshu Waterfall, one of Asia’s largest waterfalls. Tianjin Airlines also operates the route.
With this launch, Scoot will operate 81 weekly round trips to 16 cities in mainland China, expanding its overall network to 86 cities across 18 countries and regions.
