Swissôtel Nankai Osaka will host its “Autumn International Lunch Buffet” from September 1 through November 30.
The buffet will feature autumn-inspired dishes such as porcini and mushroom risotto, sweet potato and chestnut gratin, roasted pumpkin with cheese sauce, and truffle and mushroom pizza, along with international cuisine including Filipino home-style pork adobo and green chicken curry prepared using an authentic Thai recipe. At the weekday live kitchen, roasted lamb rump cooked rosé will be served with a mint sauce made from mint grown in the restaurant’s own hydroponic garden. Desserts will include pear tart, chocolate and chestnut roll cake, pumpkin pie, sweet potato pie, caramel and pumpkin mousse, and strawberry shortcake.
The venue is Table36 on the 36th floor. Service begins at 11:30 a.m. and runs until 3 p.m. on weekdays and 3:30 p.m. on weekends and public holidays. Prices are 5,900 yen for adults and 2,950 yen for children aged 4 to 12 on weekdays, and 6,900 yen for adults and 3,450 yen for children aged 4 to 12 on weekends and public holidays. Tax and service charge are included.
