
The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka Launches British Afternoon Tea with Asprey
Red Horse Trust opened Workman House Obihiro on July 6.
The two-story building has a total of 30 single rooms: 10 non-smoking rooms and 20 smoking rooms. Room sizes range from 11.18 to 13.04 square meters. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs, two-door refrigerators, air conditioning, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Facilities include a dining room, a large public bath for men only, a washroom, shower rooms, a laundry room with free-to-use washing machines and dryers, and women-only shower, laundry, and vanity facilities. Meal plans include a breakfast-and-dinner plan and a three-meal plan that includes a boxed lunch. Daily set meals and complimentary rice balls are also offered.
Rates per person per night are 5,900 yen without meals and 7,900 yen with breakfast and dinner. A monthly plan for stays of 30 nights or longer offers discounts of up to 22%. To commemorate the opening, the 2,000-yen per-night summer peak-season surcharge will be waived for stays from July 6 through September 30.
It is a one-minute walk from Hakurindai Station and a 10-minute drive from Obihiro Station.
