Core Global Management launched “CORE MEMBERS,” a membership program with no enrollment or annual fees, on September 1.
The program offers four membership tiers—Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum—with status increasing based on usage. Depending on the tier, benefits include complimentary breakfast and lounge access, room upgrades, extensions of up to two hours each for check-in and check-out, entry into a lottery for complimentary stays for two at new properties, birthday coupons worth up to JPY 3,000, complimentary services at bars and lounges, and free parking. Simply registering as a member provides a 10% discount at all properties, while points are awarded at rates of 1% to 5% depending on the tier. One point can be used as JPY 1. Benefits apply only to reservations made through the official website.
Eligible properties include group hotels across Japan, such as Hewitt Resort and Quintessa. As of September 1, the program covers 35 properties.
