Kinki Nippon Tourist began accepting applications for coupons under the “Southern Treasure Chest Kagoshima: Kagoshima Tourism Support Discount,” a tourism support program run by Kagoshima Prefecture, on September 14.
The discount rate is 60%, with a maximum discount of 20,000 yen per person. There is no limit on the number of nights. The booking and stay period runs from September 14 through October 13, with checkout on the following day. Stays at eligible accommodations are covered.
Only KNT Members Club members may use the coupons. Seven types of coupons are available, depending on the number of travelers. Government-funded business trips, business use, and plans that include vouchers are not eligible.
