JR Kyushu will continue selling its “Shinkansen + ¥100 = Hohi Main Line Ticket” through March 31, 2027.
Available exclusively to purchasers of the “Kyushu Net Ticket” or “Kyushu Net Early Bird 7” for travel between Kumamoto and Hakata stations, this optional ticket allows travel between Kumamoto and Hikari-no-Mori stations on the Hohi Main Line. It is valid for one day and cannot be purchased separately.
Tickets are available only through JR Kyushu’s online train reservation service. They can be purchased from the reservation completion screen or reservation details screen for an eligible Shinkansen ticket. The price is ¥100 for adults and ¥50 for children.
