Cebu Pacific has postponed the launch date of its Nagoya/Chubu–Cebu route to December 1, citing rising fuel prices.
The airline had initially planned to operate four weekly round trips on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from November 19. Airbus A320 aircraft will be used. Flight time will be 5 hours and 15 minutes from Nagoya/Chubu and 4 hours and 25 minutes from Cebu.
The Nagoya/Chubu route will be Cebu Pacific’s second route serving the airport, following Manila. From Cebu, passengers can also connect to 23 destinations within the Philippines.
