Thai Airways Continues Passenger Support Amid Bangkok Flooding
Aonavi will sell “Aomori Sujiko Meshi” from October 1 through 31.
The bento will be sold as part of “JIMOBEN,” a pilot project to reinterpret the ekiben culture of Aomori Station. Aomori-grown “Masshigura” rice is topped with a sheet of roasted nori seaweed and salted sujiko (salmon roe) from sockeye salmon. It also includes ingredients that evoke Aomori’s food culture, such as pickled nagaimo yam, glazed carrots, and Japanese rolled omelet.
It will be available at the East Exit free passageway on the first floor of Aomori Station and other locations. The price is 1,850 yen, including tax.
