Hawaiian Airlines to Consolidate International Check-in Counters at Honolulu Airport
Brussels Airport has announced that some flights will be canceled due to a nationwide demonstration taking place on October 9.
Some employees of ground handling company Alyzia are expected to take part in the demonstration. At present, around half of the flights handled by Alyzia are expected to operate as scheduled, while some will be canceled. No impact is currently expected for flights handled by the other ground handling company, Aviapartner. All Nippon Airways (ANA), the only airline serving Brussels Airport from Japan, outsources its ground handling operations to Aviapartner.
Union action across public services is also planned for October 12, although no impact is currently expected. However, disruptions to public transportation are anticipated, and travelers are advised to check the websites of De Lijn, MIVB/STIB, and NMBS/SNCB in advance.
