Hotel Okura will open Hotel Okura Thermal Resort & Spa Cappadocia in Mustafapaşa, Türkiye, in 2028.
The property will comprise four above-ground floors and one basement level. It will consist of four buildings, including existing stone structures and newly constructed buildings, three of which will be connected by underground passageways. A newly acquired historic mansion, regarded as an architectural landmark that conveys the region’s history and culture, will be restored by KK Universal and incorporated into the hotel. The hotel will offer 102 guest rooms. Facilities will include a spa spanning approximately 3,500 square meters, featuring bathing facilities that use mineral-rich thermal spring water, a traditional Turkish hammam steam bath, and indoor and outdoor pools. Dining will be available at three food and beverage venues, including the Sazanka teppanyaki restaurant and an all-day dining restaurant.
The hotel is located approximately 55 kilometers from Nevşehir Kapadokya Airport.
