JALPAK will begin sales of the Kagoshima Prefecture portion of the “Kyushu Recovery Support Discount” travel assistance program at 2 p.m. on October 15.
The offer applies only to dynamic packages that combine airfare and accommodation. The eligible stay period is from October 14 through January 31, 2027, with checkout the following day.
The Kyushu Recovery Support Discount applies to travel and accommodation products involving stays of one night or more in the Kyushu region, offering a 50% discount on travel and accommodation costs. Kumamoto and Kagoshima prefectures, where the impact of cancellations on tourism has been particularly significant, receive a 60% discount. Discount caps are ¥20,000 per night for accommodation-only products and transportation-inclusive accommodation travel products; ¥30,000 for transportation-inclusive accommodation travel products of two nights or more; and ¥35,000 for multi-prefecture touring travel products covering accommodation in two or more prefectures.
