Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu will renovate its entire 25th floor and reopen it on November 30.
The entire 25th floor will be reconfigured as “SHIBUYA PANORAMA,” featuring the restaurant “Bistro à Bientôt,” the sushi kappo restaurant “Sushi Shunsai,” and an as-yet-unnamed lounge exclusively for guests staying on the upper-floor guestroom levels.
“Sushi Shunsai” will offer eight counter seats with panoramic views over Shibuya and toward Shinjuku. At the lounge, guests can enjoy complimentary tea time, cocktail time, and breakfast alongside views from 100 meters above ground.
The restaurant “A Bientôt” and Japanese restaurant “Shunsai” ended operations on July 31 in preparation for the renovation.
