Trip.com will begin offering the Kyushu Recovery Support Discount for Fukuoka and Nagasaki prefectures at 1:00 p.m. on October 19.
The offer applies to accommodation-only bookings. The eligible stay period is from October 19 through December 15 in Fukuoka Prefecture, and from October 19 through December 25 in Nagasaki Prefecture (checkout the following day).
The Kyushu Recovery Support Discount applies to travel and accommodation products in the Kyushu region for stays of one night or longer, offering a 50% discount on travel and accommodation costs. In Kumamoto and Kagoshima prefectures, where cancellations have had a major impact on tourism, the discount is 60%. The maximum discount is 20,000 yen per night for accommodation-only products and transportation-inclusive accommodation packages, 30,000 yen for transportation-inclusive accommodation packages of two nights or more, and 35,000 yen for touring travel products that include stays in two or more prefectures.
