Cathay Pacific to Operate Up to 157 Weekly Round Trips on Japan Routes in Winter Schedule
Star Flyer will discontinue its in-flight Wi-Fi service on October 31.
The service has been offered on Airbus A320neo aircraft from the 28th aircraft onward, which entered service in July 2023, using Inmarsat GX satellites. The service is free of charge.
The airline said it decided to end the service after conducting a comprehensive review of its quality and convenience.
Due to system-related adjustments, Wi-Fi will be displayed as “Unavailable” on the seat availability, booking, and flight status pages from October 19. However, in-flight Wi-Fi will remain available on Airbus A320neo-operated flights until the service’s final day.
