Japan Airlines (JAL) Group will offer special ticket handling due to expected adverse weather as Typhoon No. 30 approaches Japan.
As of 2:30 p.m. on October 20, the special handling applies to flights arriving at and departing from Miyako, Tarama, Ishigaki, and Yonaguni between October 22 and 23.
The airline also said that flights to and from Naha, Okinawa, may be affected on October 23.
For eligible flights, ticket changes, rebooking, and refunds will be accepted free of charge, regardless of whether flights are delayed or canceled.
