Hokuriku Confectionery and Japan Airlines (JAL) are offering “Crab Beaver” at the JAL domestic Sakura Lounge at Komatsu Airport.
This is the second offering, following “White Shrimp Beaver,” which had been available since July. It is a Hokuriku-exclusive fried rice cracker flavored like crab tomalley, made with snow crab extract from crabs caught in the waters off Wajima in the Hokuriku region.
The offering period runs from November 6 through December 31, while supplies last.
