APA Hotel announced the reopening of APA Hotel Ishigaki Island on February 9th, following renovations.
The hotel had been loaned to the local authorities for over two years as an accommodation facility for people with mild symptoms of COVID-19. The reopening was made possible after adding 14 more rooms and carrying out renovations.
The front desk and lobby have been updated with the installation of a chandelier, and the interior of the common areas has been completely redone. All guest rooms have been fully renovated, equipping them with large LCD TVs, ‘Bollina Avanti’ shower heads, ceiling lights, and replacing the furniture and unit baths.
To commemorate the reopening, a special plan is being offered for a limited number of rooms. The offer is available until February 29th for stays, with prices including tax: Single for 6,000 yen, Double for 8,000 yen, Twin for 10,000 yen.
