Hilton will open “DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka Castle” on May 23.
The building is 20 floors high, with the hotel occupying floors 6 through 20. There are 373 rooms across four types. Facilities include a restaurant, “Lounge & Bar”, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a banquet hall, and an executive lounge.
The lobby area is inspired by the “Higakikaisen” merchant ships and “ports” that connected Osaka with Edo, while the guest rooms are themed around the “city of water”, incorporating a lot of blue.
The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Temmabashi Station on the Osaka Metro and Keihan Railway.
