Dohoku Bus and Hokkaido Kitami Bus will suspend the operation of the Tokkyu Kitadaisetsu service starting April 1.
The service currently operates one round trip per day between Asahikawa Station and Engaru Terminal. Before July 1, 2023, it operated two round trips per day.
The Tokkyu Ohotsuku service, jointly operated by Dohoku Bus and Hokumon Bus, connecting Asahikawa and Monbetsu, will be reduced from three to two round trips per day. The Esashi service, jointly operated by Dohoku Bus and Soya Bus, connecting Asahikawa and Esashi, currently operates two round trips per day, but the Dohoku Bus-operated service will be suspended, leaving only one round trip per day operated by Soya Bus.
