Vietnam Airlines will operate its Japan routes on a summer schedule with 10 routes and 70 round trips per week.
The airline will operate daily round trips between Tokyo/Narita and Hanoi, Danang, Ho Chi Minh City, between Tokyo/Haneda and Hanoi, between Osaka/Kansai and Hanoi, between Osaka/Kansai and Ho Chi Minh City. Nagoya/Chubu to Ho Chi Minh City will operate five times a week, Fukuoka to Hanoi will operate four times a week, and Fukuoka to Ho Chi Minh City will operate twice a week. The Osaka/Kansai to Hanoi route will be renamed to flights VN334/335.
The aircraft used will include Boeing 787 models, Airbus A350 models, and Airbus A321 models. From January, passengers can enjoy in-flight entertainment through their own mobile devices on Airbus A321 aircraft.
