The Oki Plaza Hotel is scheduled to reopen in July after its renovation.
The concept is “Falling in Love with the Oki Islands,” aiming to create an environment where visitors can re-experience the excitement of traveling to a remote island during their stay.
The 8th and 9th floors have been transformed into premium guestroom floors, with all rooms offering ocean view bed types. Additionally, one room on each floor features a semi-open-air bath where guests can enjoy the sea view.
The restaurant adopts a “Local Gastronomy” concept, serving local cuisine and seasonal island delicacies. A main dining area is located on the 2nd floor, and a banquet room on the 10th floor, featuring a sky lounge with views of the sea.
The lounge includes a tourist information corner for the island, a gift shop, and a coworking space available for use by non-staying guests.
