WILLER EXPRESS is launching new bus stops for its express bus service, “WILLER EXPRESS,” in the Sendai, Fukushima, and Hiroshima areas.
Starting from April 1st, there will be expansions for routes between Tokyo and Sendai/Fukushima to include the Sendai Station East Entrance (JR Bus Stop) and Minamisoma Bus Terminal, and for routes between Osaka and Hiroshima City to include Saijo Station South Entrance.
Besides the existing service to Sendai Station West Entrance (in front of Miyagi Sendai High-Speed Bus Center), the east entrance (JR Bus Stop) will now be serviced due to high demand. Additionally, the Minamisoma Bus Terminal, located right at the exit of the Joban Expressway Minamisoma Interchange (IC), also has a free Park & Ride parking lot. This marks the first overnight service between Tokyo and Minamisoma.
The Saijo Station South Entrance is centrally located in the growing population center of Higashihiroshima City. It will add a stopping point in addition to the previous Hiroshima University student hall, enhancing accessibility for individuals traveling to Osaka or Kobe without the need to transfer at Hiroshima Station.
