ITA Airways Launches Rome/Fiumicino to London/City Route Starting March 31st with 12 Round Trips per Week
ITA Airways has inaugurated its route from Rome/Fiumicino to London/City on March 31st.
The schedule includes one round trip on Saturdays and Sundays, and two round trips on other days, totalling 12 round trips per week. The aircraft used is the Airbus A220-100, configured with 125 seats. The flight duration is 2 hours and 35 minutes from Rome/Fiumicino and 2 and a half hours from London/City.
The service enhances convenience for connecting flights to the Mediterranean and South America by entering London City Airport, located in the heart of London. Additionally, during the summer schedule, up to 31 round trips per week will be operated between Milan/Linate and London/City.
In June, the Rome/Fiumicino to London/Gatwick route will be increased by one round trip daily. This expansion will enable the airline to operate 100 round trips per week between Italy and the UK.
