Philippine Airlines is set to inaugurate the Manila-Seattle route on October 2nd.
The service will operate three round trips per week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, using Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
This addition expands the airline’s North American destinations to eight cities. Apart from this, the airline operates 46 round trips per week to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Vancouver, New York, Toronto, Honolulu, and Guam.
In 2023, over 900,000 Americans visited the Philippines, making them the second-largest group of tourists. Washington state and Oregon, where Seattle is located, are home to over 240,000 Filipino Americans.
