British Airways has extended its operation of the London/Heathrow to Tel Aviv route, with a stopover in Larnaca, Cyprus, until June 30th.
The route operates four round trips a week on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, with a flight time of 6 hours and 25 minutes from London/Heathrow and 5 and a half hours from Tel Aviv. The aircraft used is the Airbus A321neo.
Considering the situation in Israel, flights from London/Heathrow make a 45-minute stopover in Larnaca, Cyprus. As a result, the flight time is 80 minutes longer than usual, thus departing 20 minutes earlier. Existing reservations that do not meet the minimum connection time will be rescheduled.
The flight schedule will change from May 13 to operate four round trips a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, and plans to increase to one round trip a day from June 23. The initially planned twice daily service due to an overnight stay in Tel Aviv has been postponed until September 1st.
