APA Group has held the groundbreaking ceremony for ‘APA Hotel ‘.
This will be the first newly constructed hotel in Tottori City, scheduled to open in October 2025. The building will have 8 floors above ground. It will offer a total of 205 rooms, including S-S Connect Twin rooms that allow adjoining single rooms to be connected as needed. Rooms will be equipped with a 50-inch or larger flat-screen TV, universal outlets, and under-bed storage, among other amenities. The hotel will also feature a restaurant and a large communal bath.
The hotel is a 3-minute walk from Tottori Station on the JR San’in Main Line and Inbi Line.
