Koroku, a Traditional Japanese House Inn, Opens on April 26

Supervised by environmental architect Andrea Hikone, this approximately 100-year-old traditional Japanese house was renovated. Utilizing the concept of exergy for a comfortable warmth during the cold seasons, the renovation focused on insulation improvements. From a sustainable perspective, to reduce hot water usage, a private sauna is also provided. Prices start from 64,000 yen (tax included) per night including breakfast for two people.
Access is about 15 minutes by car from JR Kobuchizawa Station and about 15 minutes by car from the Chuo Expressway Kobuchizawa Interchange (IC).
